Restocking and Cancellation Fees
The restocking fee for non-defective items is 15% of the sales price of each item returned.
- All non-defective items returned are subject to a restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and thus will not be included in the customer refund.
- Any package refused or returned to ChristXChange due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient will be considered a canceled order. The customer refund will be reduced by the restocking fee and shipping/handling charges.
- Cancellation requests received after the order enters the "processing" phase will incur the cancellation fee (restocking fee and shipping/handling charges).
