Viewing Order Status
Note: You must be logged in to the website before you can follow this procedure.
To view the status of any order, you should follow the procedure for "Viewing Order History."
- While viewing the order "Order history" table for your Customer Account, look for the "Status" column.
- For a more detailed status, click on the order number and then review the "Order comments" section for a chronology of the order fulfillment process.
