Our Purpose

Internet technologies and World Wide Web provide the Church with unprecedented opportunities to communicate both internally and externally. First century congregations such as Corinth and Ephesus took full advantage of their location along important trade routes of the day. At the ChristXChange Network, we believe that today's Church congregations must also take a prominent place on the modern -day electronic trade route of the Internet. It is the place where both products and ideas are exchanged, and it is the most accessible and powerful mass communication tool ever known to mankind. At the ChristXChange Network, we are dedicated to developing web-based tools that empower local congregations to better utilize their resources and more effectively spread the Good News.

Our Name

Shakespeare might ask "What's in a name?" In our case, we feel that "The ChristXChange Network" holds a great deal of meaning and provides insight into our purpose.

• Christ is to be put first in all things. He is our Lord and rightfully holds the highest place of honor.
• The Internet is a great eXchange of ideas, beliefs, social connections, products, and services for millions of users from all around the world.
• Change will result (both personally and in groups) when Christ is put first and The Cross is kept at the center of our lives.
• Networks of social connections and intentional communication are the most powerful tools for the spread of the Gospel both locally and globally. This was true in the first century and remains true today.
